There’s nothing quite like the feeling of seeing your book “in the wild” and on the shelves in bookshops. I felt my heart skip a beat when I saw Out of Mecklenburg: The Unwilling Spy on display in the fantastic independent book shop City Books.
If you’re in Brighton & Hove, do pop in to their shop on the Western Road – it’s full of great reads and a fair few signed copies from local and famous authors.
My book was also on display at this year’s London Book Fair, together with other Matador reads.
So now, having reached the stage of being displayed on the shelf, the next step is to get the books off the shelf again – this time into readers’ hands!
